  2. How do I get myself a B2B account?
    Just click the "Register" button on our portal, after you've clicked on the link sent via email, and chuck in your details. We'll give it a squiz, and you'll get a confirmation when you're good to go.

  3. What sort of gear does Aimex Australia sell?
    We've got a ripper range of premium products, mainly water filtration systems and eco-friendly stuff, all meeting Aussie Safety Standards.
 

Orders and Payments

  1. What ways can I pay?
    We've got a bunch of safe payment options, including bank transfers, credit cards, and other flexible methods.

  2. How do I track me order?
    Once your order's shipped, you'll get a tracking number by email. You can also track it through your portal account.

  3. How long does it take for me order to be sent?
    We aim to get orders out quick smart. Usually, it's 1 business days.

  4. What's the deal with the B2B tier program?
    Our tier program gives you bigger discounts the more you order each month or quarter. It's a way of rewarding you, and boosting your profits.

    Your tier level's based on the total value of your orders in a calendar month or quarter, whichever works best for you.

  1. Do you do drop shipping? Yep, we offer smooth drop shipping, so you can send stuff straight to your customers.

  2. How do I know if you've got something in stock? Our portal gives you live stock updates, so you'll know what's available straight away.

  3. What's the good oil on using drop shipping? Drop shipping cuts down on warehouse costs, simplifies delivery, and lets you sell more products without holding stock.
